Carlo is an independent curator and researcher based in Milan. His practice explores interdisciplinary responses to environmental concerns, in order to challenge established ideas of ‘exhibiting nature’.

He founded the Wilderness Archive in 2018, a research-based initiative focused on deepening our understanding of remote locations. Previously, Carlo curated the first Exhibition Road Commission in London with Studio Tomás Saraceno in 2016 and participated in the 2017 Antarctic Biennale.
