As part of her PhD at the University of Lausanne, Andréa is interested in the governance of the multifunctionality of water and hydroelectric infrastructures in the Alps. In particular, she is studying the Swiss, Valais and Vaud contexts. She spends her free time with a paintbrush or pencil in hand.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Business Management and Communication and Media Sciences and a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, I have been a doctoral student at the University of Lausanne since November 2021 and a member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mountain Research (CIRM) team. The Moiry dam is one of the sites for my research into the multifunctionality of water and hydroelectric infrastructures in the Alps.
